Who can apply?
Artists, bands, producers and creative projects with a public presence we can review, such as streaming profiles, a website or social accounts.
How long does review take?
Every application is read by a person, so it takes a little time. We’ll contact you at the address you give on the form.
Can I sign up instantly?
No. There is no open registration. Mailboxes are only created after review, which helps keep the service trustworthy.
Will my personal email be visible?
No. The idea is that you share your artist address publicly while your personal email stays out of sight.
What if I lose access to my account?
Contact us. We verify your identity before any password reset or account change, to stop others taking over your address.
Can I choose my address?
You can request a preferred handle on the application. Availability is checked during review.
Can I close my mailbox?
Yes, any time. Contact us and we’ll remove it. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.
