1. About the service

provides application-only professional email addresses (“Mailboxes”) at for artists. The service is operated by Stagedoor Limited, 11 Batmans Drive, Swinton, Manchester, M27 6LB, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”).

2. Eligibility and approval

Mailboxes are issued only after manual review. We may approve, decline or request more information on any application at our discretion, and may require evidence that you represent the artist or project named.

3. Your account

• You must give accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity on your Mailbox.
• Mailboxes are personal to the approved artist and may not be sold or transferred without our consent.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use a Mailbox for spam, phishing, harassment, impersonation, unlawful content or anything that harms others or our systems. We may suspend or remove a Mailbox that breaches these terms.

5. Account changes and recovery

For security, we may verify your identity before acting on password resets, forwarding changes or deletion requests.

6. Availability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible.

7. Liability

Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, to the extent permitted, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data or business arising from use of the service.

8. Termination

You may close your Mailbox at any time by contacting us. We may terminate access for breach of these terms or where required by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after notice means you accept the changes.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights.
